Last Friday I was very pleased to present at this year's Durham-Munster collaborative workshop. As well as listening to some fantastic talks on a wide range of topics, from modern museum collectors to medieval scholars, I found it a really exciting environment in which to talk about how my research is going and my initial findings so far.
The nature of crisis and what constitutes a crisis both in historiography and in our own lives was a major topic of discussion following my paper and it's something I've been thinking a lot about recently.
